Do you want to increase your own wellbeing and that of your family, friends and community? Do you want to lead a more fulfilled life and help our young people to build resilience and a positive, optimistic attitude? So do we! The DEC is very excited to host The Resilience Project who – in this FREE PUBLIC EVENT – will lead us on a journey to increased happiness and wellbeing through gratitude, empathy and mindfulness.

TRP’s Martin Heppell delivers emotionally engaging programs to schools, sports clubs and businesses and provides evidence based, practical strategies to build resilience and happiness.  The Resilience Project has delivered programs to over 650 schools around the country and worked with many elite sporting teams including Australian cricket, netball and soccer, NRL and AFL clubs. The Resilience Project’s aim is to help all Australians flourish. Come with us on a journey towards increased wellbeing with The Resilience Project, brought to you by Elizabeth College with generous financial support from The Tasmanian Community Fund, the Hobart City Council, the Lions Club of Hobart Town and The Rotary Club of Hobart.
