Flexibility is Key
At the DEC we make your planning easy by providing Tasmania’s largest and most versatile conference space inclusive of all the venue’s features. Area size and layout customisation, multiple breakout rooms, unlimited seating and staging options and on-site parking for over 1,200 cars are all included.
Our spaces can be configured in any style including theatre, cabaret, u-shape and classroom ranging from 10 to 5,200 people. See below the DEC spaces typically recommended for conferences.
Endless Options – One Easy Package
Your event manager will help you pick the most appropriate and cost effective options for your conference and present them all in a single, easy to understand package. Our in-house audio/visual options are included at no additional cost with your venue hire. If you require something more extensive we call upon our well developed relationships with local providers and provide you with highly competitive rates. Your event manager will be very happy to organise this on your behalf if you require.
